Recognized as a world-renowned leader in cutting-edge hair color techniques such as, the Ombré. An expert in the field of long hair and up-styling, has been lead stylist on many shows at NY and LA Fashion Weeks and, is a regular guest speaker at TeenVogue Fashion University. 

Kris has trained and mentored thousands of stylists around the world including Jasmine Gibbs winner of the 2012 NAHA Texture category award, after just one year of graduating from Beauty school.

Currently Redken 5th Ave (L’Oreal) Education Artistic Director and President of Kris Sorbie Inc she has achieved star status in the hairdressing industry; two-time winner, seven-time nominee and finalist of the prestigious (NAHA) North American Hairstyling Awards, Master Hairstylist of the Year and the Avant Garde categories. 

In 2010 she launched the ‘Bespoke Color’ and ‘Bespoke Long Hair Up Styling hands-on programs which she offers around the country.

January 2012 saw her launch the first industry app; the Kris Sorbie TOUCHPRO which won the FWA award (Favorite Web Award). This unique interactive, learning tool was downloaded by more than 15,000 hairstylists all over the globe. Users receive daily tips on business, consultation, selling and more, weekly inspirational images, monthly step-by-step color techniques and every four weeks a long hair up-styling video.
January 2013 we saw the launch of the Kris Sorbie TOUCHPRO 2.0 app.
