KSI Professional Engineers, LLC was established in 1998 and incorporated in 1999 to provide Structural Design Engineering Services to both private and public sector clients. Our talented engineers are dedicated to the practical design of wood, steel, concrete and masonry structures. We are licensed to practice in NJ, NY, MD, DE, CT, MA, PA & VA. We service clients throughout the NY/NJ Metropolitan area and beyond with offices in Farmingdale and Montclair, NJ.

KSI Consulting Engineers began operation in January of 2006, in conjunction with KSI Professional Engineers offering multi-disciplinary engineering design services to clients throughout the Tri- State Area. Fully LEED accredited, KSI MEP professionals are experts in Mechanical, Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineering Design Services. We are licensed in NJ, NY, CT, DE, MD, MA, NC, PA and TN.

Our current client list includes architects, developers, builders, contractors, members of the general public, cities, countries, and other municipal entities. Among other certifications we are currently registered in New Jersey as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firm, NJ Schools Development Authority (SDA) and are pre-qualified with NJSCC as a Category 4 SBE and NJ Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC).
