For 3 centuries, Lépine has been manufacturing surgical tools and instruments. Today, it is one of the main actors in orthopaedic implants research, manufacturing and distribution. 

Lépine works along healthcare professionals everyday by developing quality products, fit for their needs and meeting their patients' expectations.
Our development has been centered around 2 approaches :
- Attentiveness towards surgeons which allows us to improve new articular implants
- Investment in other orthopaedic fields such as the osteosynthesis, upper limbs, rachis and ligamentoplasty

The main part of our industrial and commercial activities is dedicated to the hip and the knee. Among other fields, the hand, the osteosynthesis and the splints are increasing
