L2A was founded by Michael E. Dipple, P.E. and William R. Vogt P.E., both licensed Professional Engineers with collective registrations in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. With extensive experience practicing civil engineering, land use planning, hydrology, hydraulics and environmental engineering, the firm’s professional engineers regularly appear before Planning/Zoning Boards and been qualified in more than 100 communities as expert witnesses.
