Sustainable Mobility Target municipal and transit agencies seeking eco-friendly urban mobility solutions. LSM’s LSEVs and VT technology align with city decarbonization goals, enabling partnerships for pilots, grant-funded programs, and infrastructure-aligned deployments.

Micro-Transit Expansion Position LSM as a turnkey micro-transit provider to connect communities with essential services. Offer bundled solutions that integrate drivers, vehicles, data technologies, and partnerships with healthcare, education, and employment networks to create scalable on-demand services.

Data and Health Equity Leverage air quality sensing and data-gathering capabilities to sell to city planners and environmental agencies as part of smart city intelligence platforms. Highlight opportunities for funded pilots focused on air quality monitoring and urban planning analytics.

Technology Partnerships Align with large-scale mobility and smart-city ecosystems by partnering with national labs, clean energy organizations, and university-affiliated programs to accelerate VT adoption and share commercialization risk.

Low-Volume Growth With revenue under one million and a small team, pursue niche, high-value contracts with city governments and corporate campuses. Emphasize rapid deployment, secure insured fleets, and ambassador-led operations as differentiators to win pilots and initial contracts.
