Lafayette Psychology provides clinical psychology and organizational consulting services specific to the needs of each client. It was founded by psychologist, Dr. Vincent Passarelli, who has over 15 years of experience practicing clinical psychology across a variety of settings. He has been employed as an expert psychologist and consultant by clinical and research organizations as well as various corporations. At Lafayette Psychology, Dr. Passarelli assists clients with developing adaptive cognitive-behavioral skills while enhancing their use of existing ones. He also works with clients to integrate their use of skills to extend across settings-- applying them to various life situations (professional and personal). This includes increasing one's overall self-knowledge, insight and assessment abilities, as well as working to implement effective skills and solutions with consistency. We believe this allows for better short- and long-term achievement of goals, plus efficient planning and advancement during life's inevitable transitional periods Lafayette Psychology provides psychotherapy services for individuals, couples and families. Separately, as an organizational consultant, Dr. Passarelli integrates his experience as a clinical and research psychologist with the needs of top-level management, internal consultants and the company overall. He assists with developing strategic solutions and concepts that are comprehensive, and objective in identifying and treating "core issues" rather than "just managing them." Clients incorporate his clinical expertise to assist with making informed decisions related to company transitions, new product development, corporate communications, partnerships, program development and executive coaching. Dr. Passarelli is also involved with non-profit and veterans organizations.
