Richard LaGarde has over 30 years of trial experience in Texas and Louisiana. He is the past President of the Houston chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and served as President of the Houston Trial Lawyers’ Association. He was selected by his peers as a “Texas Super Lawyer” in 2003 through 2005 and 2007 through 2011. He is board certified in both civil trial and personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction achieved by less than 1% of Texas attorneys.
