We are experts in the field of Senior Living construction methods and we have a trained, specialized team which understands the needs and challenges of this industry. Since 2005, we have narrowed our focus to solely Senior Living renovation and construction.
Lagniappe National Started in 1977 by Michael Schmitt III after serving in the Navy SeaBee's (construction battalion).  He was the youngest person ever to receive a Commercial Contractors License in the state of Mississippi at the time. Over the years Lagniappe Construction became Lagniappe National and our clients became exclusively Senior Living operators. We pretty much do it all; renovation services, exterior, concrete asphalt, roofing, and emergency response services in each of the continental United States.
