The Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce & CVB is a not-for-profit, member-driven organization founded in 1952. It serves as a regional chamber for six New York counties, bringing together more than 400 members from various sectors. The membership year runs October 1 through September 30, and the chamber maintains a year-round presence in Lake George.

The organization promotes business and community growth by supporting economic programs intended to increase the income potential of Lake George region businesses and by backing civic, social, and cultural initiatives that enhance the area's value. It also seeks to identify and address practices that hinder business expansion. A notable recent development is the appointment of Megan Seeley as Marketing Director in 2024.
