Lake Medical Imaging is a full-service diagnostic imaging practice encompassing 25 board-certified diagnostic and interventional radiologists within five state-of-the-art imaging centers located in Central Florida. The group's physicians are also on staff at Leesburg Regional Medical Center and The Villages Regional Hospital.
In 2014, Lake Medical Imaging was the first outpatient imaging center in the nation to receive the Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence (DICOE) designation from the American College of Radiology (ACR) and is fully accredited in MRI, CT, PET/CT, Women's Imaging, Nuclear Medicine and Interventional Radiology. The practice continues to garner national recognition for quality of patient care and safety from some of the field's most respected professional organizations, including the Radiology Business Management Association and the AHRA (The Association for Medical Imaging Management).
