Lake Wellness Center is comprised of a network of intensive outpatient addiction centers in nine locations throughout South Louisiana and all offer comprehensive care for treating the chronic disease of addiction. Patients in active addiction, who receive both medication and behavioral therapy, are far less likely to relapse than those who get only one or the other. Very few treatment facilities offer this revolutionary form of treatment. Lake Wellness Center believes that treating the disease of addiction, without asking the patient to leave family or work, is the most effective way to get patients into a lifetime of recovery.
