We have the unique opportunity to improve the foundation of lives through babywearing.  When babies are most vulnerable and in need, we can provide them a more secure and loving start to life.  By equipping their parents to babywear we increase the parent-child bond, put them in a safe environment, promote breastfeeding, reduce crying, increase rest, and help them to develop physically and cognitively.  It goes beyond just our products though.  We use our brand voice to encourage parents and in doing so strengthen the entire family unit.  

Over 40,000 people have started their lives in one of our products now.  The work we do over the next three years has the potential to touch hundreds of thousands of lives -- over 100,000 new families.  

As we continue to redefine babywearing through our products and experiences, we’re on the lookout for top-notch talent.
