Land, Air, Water Environmental Services, Inc. (LAWES) has been providing subsurface investigation services including test borings, well installation, soil sampling and environmental contracting since 1988.  We have an impeccable safety record as safety and quality are everyday expectations.

LAWES has a diverse equipment fleet. We operate large and small truck mounted drill rigs, rubber track mounted drill/ probe rigs, portable direct push equipment and tripod drill rigs.  We perform a variety of drilling techniques including; hollow stem auger, direct push, mud rotary, and rock coring. 

LAWES also provides Geoprobe-sampling and injection services with a multi-unit fleet including limited access tracked units with dual auger / probe capabilities. We operate Vactron / Vemeer Units to provide “Pot Holing” services for pre-clearing excavations to avoid subsurface conflicts prior to subsurface investigations. 

LAWES has 28 years of experience with both the public and private sectors.  All of our crews have a wide variety of training including: OSHA 40-hour Hazmat, OSHA 10-hour Construction, OSHA 30 Construction, Confined Space, LPS (Loss Prevention Systems) trained; and API Worksafe & Long Island RR, Metro North RR, NYC Transit with current OSHA Hazmat 8-hour refresher training and base line yearly medicals.  We provide highly trained motivated crews with well-maintained equipment as well as promote a culture of safety and service.
