Landmark is a licensed title insurance agency that has been providing title and escrow services to satisfied clients throughout the state of Utah since 1987. 
Our Mission
To deliver quality title and escrow services to our clients while providing a stimulating and rewarding workplace environment for Landmark associates.
Title Department
Landmark maintains a state of the art, in-house title plant which allows our associates to conduct title search and examination functions within our main office. 
Escrow Department
Landmark offers settlement services at each of our three offices. Our escrow officers are familiar with all forms customarily used by realtors and lenders in the structuring of a sale or loan and they are proficient in the preparation of settlement statements and other documents required for the completion of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Commercial Real Estate Services
Landmark is a well-recognized source of title and escrow services for commercial real estate transactions in the state of Utah. A review of the list of our commercial projects provides evidence of the satisfaction and loyalty of our commercial clients. Our President and General Counsel, Jeffrey J. Jensen, is a thirty year veteran of the title insurance industry and past president of the Real Property Section of the Utah State Bar Association as well as the Utah Land Title Association.
