Lappin180’s methodology eliminates misguided sales standards like proving, promising, and persuading; while introducing new conversation standards of disruption, debate, and tension. 

The philosophies and process that Lappin180 teaches are founded in the depths and struggles of many tough sales experiences. These battles became the genesis for questioning the accepted norms of selling. 

As a result, our process started with the revision to a common question: instead of asking ourselves how to make sales easier for ourselves and clients, we came up with a different question to solve for. How do we make the process of debate and change easier for our prospects and our client’s prospects? 

Think about these two questions. Solving for the first question is how everyone looks at sales, so over the years the answers and results haven’t reflected much of a difference. However, solving for the latter creates a whole new perspective and outcome. In short, ask a different question, generate a different answer, create unique results. 

This exploratory shift has created an entirely different approach to selling and has helped us and our clients establish new standards and expectations within the seller – buyer experience. The Lappin180 method culminates in an approach that goes completely against the grain and counter-intuitive to how most define the art and process of selling.
