Our staff is supported and developed to their potential and make good decisions as they work hard for the client in a cooperative environment  that leads to profitable, growing company where clients find confidence and peace of mind in our competent knowledgeable service team that is committed to lifelong learning and increasing expertise in the fields of accounting, tax, and finance.

	We want to make a profit, but we want to do so only while adhering to our core values which are basically to follow biblical principles,  honor customers, honor employees and hopefully the owner with profits.  We do not make any decision without measuring that decision against our core values.  Many times our profits suffer in order to stand by these values,  but we have never regretted those decisions.  In fact,  those decisions give us great comfort.

While we are not perfect,  our core values represent what we are about and what we strive to be.  Our staff believes in these core values as well,  and many work at Larson Accounting because of those values.  Those core values are what determine (or at least impact) how we do support and customer service,  how we listen to our customers, how we determine prices and  influence our world.
