Las Colinas Association is a Texas non-profit corporation formed in 1973 to serve as the permanent property owners association for all deed-restricted residential and commercial properties in Las Colinas, within Dallas County. The 8,000-acre development blends commercial, residential, educational, recreational, and retail uses arranged to align with the environment, establishing a notable business address and a desirable place to live in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. It supports a large residential community—more than 45,000 people—and a broad enterprise presence with thousands of companies and a substantial regional workforce. The development includes 27.4 million square feet of office space, 7.6 million square feet of light industrial and distribution space, and over 2.9 million square feet of retail space. In November 2022, the association partnered with the U.S.-Mexico Educational and Cultural Foundation to host the Las Colinas Day of the Dead Canalside Celebration on Mandalay Canal.
