Laser Apparel was founded in December of 2006 in Overland Park, Kansas. Through hard work and perseverance, we have enjoyed a successful first nine-plus years. Today, we are a contract decorator with production facilities in Kansas and Missouri. Our combined 22,000 square feet of production space contains 206 heads of embroidery equipment, three automatic screen print presses, and two automatic rhinestone machines. We have been fortunate enough to build relationships with distributors such as Gear for Sports, Custom Branded Sportswear, Outdoor Custom Sportswear, Dri-Duck, and Ash City, as well as hundreds of ASI distributors across the nation. Our core competencies are embroidery, screen printing, laser etching, and rhinestone transfers. We understand that your product must look exceptional when it leaves our decoration facility. To that end, we work hard to “wow” your customer with quality embellishment. Our customer service team is well versed in all of our decoration techniques and will be a dedicated source for all of your orders and needs. You will speak to the same Account Manager for embroidery, screen print, laser etching and rhinestone transfer orders. Once our customer service team enters your order, we will create an order acknowledgment that we will email to you for approval. This acknowledgment will outline costs, decoration locations, product, arts, and quantities. This order acknowledgement cues you that we received your order and allows you to double check our interpretation of your purchase order before your order goes to production. This important step minimizes errors in the embroidery and screen print process. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification that outlines tracking numbers, shipment method, and freight costs if we are shipping on your freight number. Please give us a call.
