The Lassen County Federal Credit Union was formed in 1966 under a federal charter by a small group of Lassen County employees who wanted a financial institution that would help their members when no one else would.  It has now grown to include anyone who lives, works, or worships in Lassen County.  We are thankful to have the privilege to serve and represent the people of Lassen County for over 50 years.  Thanks to our community we have grown from a handful or members to over 5,600 members strong, and we look forward to the next 50 years.  We are the only locally owned and operated credit union in Lassen County.  We are proud to be part of this community because when the chips are down the community always pulls together as a family. The earnings from loans and investments are returned to our members in the form of higher dividends, lower loan rates, low or no fees, free ATM's and other member oriented services.
