Laughter League is a nonprofit organization that uses professional healthcare clowns to support the well-being of children and families through laughter. It operates hospital programs at major institutions, including Boston Children's Hospital in Boston, Hasbro Children's Hospital in Providence, Cook Children's Medical Center in Ft. Worth, and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas, and it also delivers assembly programs across Texas in science, math, and language arts, in addition to producing large-scale live performances such as Circo Metropolis and other festivals worldwide. Based in Dallas, Texas, the organization functions within the hospitals and health care sector and serves pediatric patients and their families. It was formerly known as Slappy and Monday's Foundation for Laughter. In November 2021, Laughter League formed a partnership with Shakespeare Dallas to deliver a holiday collaboration featuring circus artists.
