Living a healthy lifestyle is in Lauren’s DNA.

Lauren Rashap is the third generation in her family to study, practice and teach the art and science of achieving vibrant health through the power of organic foods, yoga and meditation. Lauren was one of the first West Coast specialists for the revolutionary Zone Diet. Her “whole foods” expertise was recognized by Dr. Sears and staff who requested that Lauren create a cookbook adding her unprocessed, organic approach to the 40/30/30 Zone dietary program.

Lauren developed one of the first, full-service “traveling spas”, providing one-on-one yoga, guided meditation, Ayurvedic massages, nutritional coaching and farmer’s market meals catering to the who’s who of the fashion and entertainment industry. 

Lauren Living Healthy! was launched in 2010 after an outpouring of clients urged Lauren to brand and make more accessible her one-of-a kind consulting services; hands-on cooking and nutrition workshops: Super Food Cleanses, Farm to Fridge meals, Signature Gluten-free Foods and organic skin care products. In Lauren’s new book, entitled Vibrant Skin at Any Age, Lauren shares her time-tested and easy-to-follow recipes, secrets, potions and lotions which have already helped hundreds of women (and men) restore their youthful glow.

Lauren is frequently sought out as a resource and keynote speaker at schools, conferences, retreats and corporate events. A two-time award winning speaker for Young Presidents’ Organization and World Presidents’ Organization, Lauren was recently awarded Best Spouse/Partner Integration program in the Pacific US region. Lauren is one of the founding members of the YPO/WPO Health and Longevity Network whose mission is to educate and engage members globally on alternative and holistic health practices to achieve wellness and longevity.
