Our mission: Reply to client telephone calls and emails within one (1) business day. How We Operate: All of our client relationships begin with an office or phone consultation. During this initial consultation, potential clients are provided with information about California family law and are given the opportunity to voice any questions/concerns they may have. Part of the meeting time will be used to provide clients with handouts about family law, our practice, and their application to the potential case at hand. Clients can take these handouts with them to review in further detail after the meeting has concluded. In most cases, we provide our clients with three (3) options for retaining our firm. Doing so allows you, as the client, to determine what method of representation works best for your needs and budget. How We Match Our Services to the Client’s Situation: Family law cases cannot be handled with a “one-size-fits-all” approach, which is why we offer personalized legal representation to every client we take on. In some cases, this may mean we take the case to court; in others, we may be able to act as advocates for our clients in mediation.
