The Law Offices of Laura J. Morask opened in April 2012 when Laura Morask, a three-term Maine Township Trustee, who had retired recently from the Cook County States Attorney’s Office, began the private practice.  Laura offers dedicated legal assistance and personalized customer service in a non-intimidating atmosphere and brings to the table 25 years of criminal law experience and a multitude of knowledge.

Focused areas of practice include criminal defense for all felonies and misdemeanors, including DUI and other traffic court trials, and defending police officers and other professionals before administrative boards such as the Cook County Sheriff’s Merit Board, the Illinois Department of Employment Security (IDES), and the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (IDHS).
