Layover.com provides recruiting services for trucking companies as well as a job application, content and community targeted at truck drivers. For trucking companies we provide filtered applications from drivers who meet their specific needs of experience, work history, background or location. We also have a job board where companies can post specific jobs for different locations (local, state and nationwide). Drivers can browse and search these listings and apply for them individually. They may also receive alerts when new job postings are posted. We offer other tools for recruiters including the ability to search our database of drivers and update a profile with information about their company. For drivers we offer a job application which they can submit and have sent to multiple trucking companies. We also provide a wide variety of content including regular articles on topics related to the trucking industry, trucking industry news, a weekly newsletter and links to other resources for truckers. Content on the site relates both to someone interested in getting into trucking as well as experienced drivers. For those new to trucking we offer information about how to become a truck driver and practice CDL tests. We also have an active community of users through our forums. We also sell some trucking related ebooks through an online store.
