Welcome to LB, your multi-trade resource! LB Construction, Inc. was founded by Vance Lancaster and Jordan Burns in 1992 and our reputation for quality and safety has grown. LB is committed to its purpose, building to provide and endure, whether that be for its employees or its clients. Recognizing the General Contractor need for additional services, we launched our Metal Stud & Drywall Division in 2004. Its success has led to the addition of our Steel Fabricating Division, offering structural and architectural steel. Shortly after, in 2015 LB jumped at the opportunity to add a Concrete Division complete with tools, equipment and talented employees. In 2006, LB Construction, Inc. became a 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) Company as a benefit to its employees as well as a step toward the eventual transition of new leadership in the company. An exciting change happened in early 2023 as LB's leadership transitioned to Kimberly Cook as President and Francisco Lopez as Vice President. Changes are sure to come as the new pair “runs the show” but the Personality of the business will continue: The Courage to Break Molds and Eliminate Excuses, the Discipline to kick ass, and the Wisdom to stay Humble, together. LB's Founders Vance and Jordy continue to support the team through project management, business development, training, and mentoring the leadership team. Our facility is located in Roseville, CA, offering 4 trades under 1 roof and we are licensed in 3 states: California, Nevada, and Oregon.
