LBC Small Cap Management ("LBC Small Cap") is an affiliate of LBC Credit Partners ("LBC"), a leading provider of middle market financing solutions including senior term, unitranche, second lien, junior secured, mezzanine debt and equity co-investments to companies with EBITDA generally greater than $5 million. LBC Small Cap will provide similar investment solutions to businesses with EBITDA generally between $2 and $5 million.
