Limburn Boiler & Heating Services Ltd formed in 1979 and went through a succesful management buy-out in 2011. The business benefits from a well-structured and experienced management team with particular skills in their areas of responsibility. Whilst this team is very capable of delivering the levels of service we pride ourselves in, we still retain tight control of the overhead enabling us to be competitive in our tendering.

The new business structure is set up with three departments. Engineering, Projects and Servicing. 

Our Engineering department provides heavy engineering and boiler works from which the business stemmed. The Projects Team provides major building installations and refurbishment works on projects over £20k and upto over £1M. Our Service department provides full M&E (with limited fabric) services including planned and reactive maintenance and ‘small works’ (plant repair and replacement up to £20k).
