SIFE is a non-profit 501(c)(3) student organization that creates and delivers community service projects to local, national, and international organizations. Students form teams under the guidance of an appointed advisor and apply business concepts to develop outreach projects that improve the quality of life and standard of living for people in need. SIFE gives students a learning experience outside the classroom while enabling them to better their community. SIFE has over 200 corporate sponsors and provides students with a great opportunity to receive internships and job offers at their career fairs at the competitions. SIFE teams compete on 3 levels, the Regional, National, and at the World Cup. It is a place for each team to showcase their projects and how they are trying to make the world a better place! Our projects focus on three areas--economic, environmental, and social. We strive to create sustainable projects that will empower people to make a change to better their lives. There are 1,500 Teams made up of 48,000 students in 30 countries!!
