Established in 2006, LCCx’s team specializes in supporting your facility program and team by providing multi-disciplined Engineering services including all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Commissioning, Energy Efficiency & Sustainability Engineering, Test, Adjust & Balance (TAB), Building Energy Assessments, and Energy Conservation Measure (ECM) recommendations, Energy/Building Audits, Sustainability and LEED navigation as well as Building Automation-Controls consulting, and Facilities support services. 

We are entering our 11th year in business specializing in quality assurance services. We are a certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) with several agencies including the City of Austin.  We are SEBEDA Eligible in the City of San Antonio and registered as an SBE, MBE, DBE and HUB with the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA).

LCCx’s approach is focused on assuring quality and functional integrity from the beginning of design to completion of the facility and throughout its operational life cycle. Our experienced team of professional engineers, technicians, and project managers has practical experience in all phases of project development including planning, design, construction, management, functional testing, operations and training. Combining the strength of technical competency, diverse project experience, and strong project management skills, LCCx represents our client’s interests and quality expectation without bias since we neither design the facility nor profit from the construction contracts. 

Averaging over 30 years of experience, each of our principals have served on a wide variety of projects including theater arts & musical facilities, educational facilities, hospitals and medical care facilities, hotels, convention centers, military facilities, communications facilities, correctional and justice facilities, and city, county, state, and federal projects.
