LeaderBrand is a New Zealand-based horticultural business established in 1975 by Murray McPhail. It covers the full lifecycle of its produce, growing, harvesting, packing, marketing and distributing fresh fruits and vegetables, bagged salads and wine to local and international markets. The company operates three farms at Makauri, Pukekohe and Chertsey, and runs a modern Gisborne processing site that also serves as its head office. This arrangement reflects a vertically integrated model aimed at controlling quality from cultivation through to distribution.

Its customer base includes local retailers and international buyers, supported by its multi-site operations across farming, packing and distribution. In 2024, LeaderBrand expanded its footprint with a new location in Maryland, United States, featuring a substantial greenhouse-based vegetable production project.
