Throughout my career I have helped executives, team leaders and high potential contributors 
understand and leverage their strengths to improve themselves and their companies. My current and 
recent clients are companies in the pharmaceutical, government,  defense, construction, healthcare, 
financial services, consumer products, specialty chemicals, newspaper publishing and performance 
improvement industries. I also have experience with not-for-profit organizations as both a consultant 
and a board member.
