Leadership Greater Chicago is a Chicago-based nonprofit in the professional training and coaching field with a 30-year history. It supports leaders from business, public, and civic sectors by fostering a deeper understanding of the issues facing the community and one another, with the aim of contributing to a stronger Chicago. Its ten-month Fellows Program gathers a carefully chosen group of Chicago leaders to examine regional challenges through retreats, seminars, and community visits, enabling participants to engage directly with people affected by these issues. The program seeks to cultivate a long-term commitment to civic engagement by increasing awareness of key Chicago-region issues and encouraging leaders to pursue constructive change. In 2025, the organization announced new additions to its board of directors.
