Leadership Vision (LVC) is a strengths-based consulting firm.  We have created a comprehensive, relationship-driven approach to Strengths-based leadership through personal transformation and cultural change. We deliver a core offering of Strengths-based education and learning experiences.  

We use the Clifton StrengthsFinder™ as our primary tool to help individuals, teams, and organizations achieve personal, social, and organizational health.  LVC is known for its unique approach to teaching and applying the principles of the Clifton StrengthsFinder™.  Our senior consultants have 20+ years of experience working with Clifton StrengthsFinder™.
