Lean In is an initiative of the Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation and operates as a private operating nonprofit based in Palo Alto, California. It supports women in pursuing their ambitions and advancing gender equality through an online community, free educational materials, and Lean In Circles—small peer groups that meet regularly to learn and grow.
