However, goFLUENT did not acquire any other legal entities related to Learnship Networks GmbH and has no legal, contractual, operational, or financial relationship with any other entities operating under the “Learnship” name.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Learnship legal entities in the USA, Japan, France, Mexico, Brazil, Korea, and any other jurisdiction are separate and independent entities and are in no way affiliated with, controlled by, or connected to goFLUENT.

Nevertheless, we fully acknowledge the frustration this situation may have caused you and your teams, and we remain committed to ensuring continuity for clients and learners wherever possible.
