LEGACY Early College, based in Greenville, South Carolina, runs an integrated education model that blends rigorous academics with daily physical activity and nutrition. The program serves students from 4K through 12th grade across multiple campus sites, including a 4K center, elementary, middle, and high schools, plus an advancement office. Its mission is to provide a quality, rigorous, and relevant education that leads underserved urban students to college graduation, with a vision of guiding scholars through college. 

Its wellness component has been evaluated for more than a decade by Dr. Julian Reed of Furman University, who reports physical and cognitive benefits linked to the program. Recent reporting notes expansion plans, including a new Berea campus, and LiveWell Greenville has recognized Legacy as a healthy school, healthy after school, and healthy workplace.
