LeGrande Partners, LLC is an entrepreneurial investment firm pursuing acquisition opportunities in established, privately-held businesses with annual cash flows between $1 million and $5 million USD. We are flexible in structuring our transactions to meet the unique needs of each business owner and typically focus on businesses with the following characteristics:

+ History of stable earnings
+ EBITDA margin of at least 10%
