LeGrande Partners, LLC is an entrepreneurial investment firm pursuing acquisition opportunities in established, privately-held businesses with annual cash flows between $1 million and $5 million USD. We aim to provide a meaningful exit alternative for business owners who care about the legacy of the business they have created. 

We look for companies that have successful track records. Rather than re-create the wheel, we are looking to find a wheel already in motion and use our expertise and collective experience to push it faster and further. We are flexible in structuring our transactions to meet the unique needs of each business owner and typically focus on businesses with the following characteristics:
+ EBITDA between $1M and $5M
+ History of stable earnings
+ EBITDA margin of at least 10%
