Leket Israel is a non-profit organization based in Raanana, central Israel, and operates as the country’s largest food-related nonprofit. It provides a turnkey solution for food charities, supplying rescued and bulk-purchased food from commercial and agricultural sources, with the aim of reducing waste while increasing food availability for those in need. In addition to sourcing food, Leket Israel offers ancillary services such as food safety training, inspections, food management, and related education to support charitable operations. Its activities are designed to help partner organizations obtain discounted food through Leket’s scale, translating savings into greater access to meals for disadvantaged populations.
