Leppert Company CPAs, LLC is tax, audit, accounting, and business advisory firm serving primarily businesses, their owners, and rental realty investors. The company founder has a Masters Degree in Taxation from Capital University’s Law and Graduate School, and held senior management positions at a Big Four national and a Regional CPA firm prior to founding this firm. Consequently, the firm has a research oriented approach to tax advisory services not found in many single office CPA firms. Our financial statement and audit related services include for-profit and non-profit audits including Federal Award audits, retirement plan audits, Agreed Upon Procedure engagements, and Reviewed and Compiled financial statements. We also have a very active Quickbooks assistance practice. The Firm was established to fill a niche to provide very professional technical knowledge expected from large CPA firms, but with more personal attention and at a more affordable rate structure than large local or regional CPA firms can provide. Our staffing practice is to hire only seasoned professionals who almost all previously gained knowledge at large CPA firms, but seek work-life balance. Such staffing prevents our clients from being used as the training ground for CPA firm staff which is often cited as a factor for businesses looking to switch to us from larger firms. For other clients, who are stepping up from previously using a non-CPA tax preparer or a single individual accountant, we are their initial experience in using a multi-employee CPA firm. Our clients are located in multiple states and overseas, and range in size from start-up one-person businesses to ones with over $70 million in sales.
