The LGBTQ Center OC is a nonprofit organization based at 1605 North Spurgeon Street in Santa Ana, California, that advocates for and provides services to the Orange County LGBTQ communities. Established as a volunteer organization in 1971 and incorporated in 1975 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, it is one of the oldest gay and lesbian community centers in the United States. The center serves more than 10,000 individuals annually, offering programs across diverse cultures, ages, and economic backgrounds, including gay men, lesbians, youth, transgender people, the Spanish-speaking LGBT community, bisexual individuals, those who are questioning, and LGBT families. The organization has between 51 and 200 employees. It was formerly known as The Gay and Lesbian Community Services Center of Orange County and operates under the name LGBTQ Center OC.
