Constructive tax planning is one of our principal services. We give our most focused attention to the tax planning issues of the closely held corporation and its stockholders.

We also offer estate and retirement planning. So that we may offer the most comprehensive services, we consult with a number of experienced resource professionals, including lawyers, actuaries, and pension administrators.

The tax preparation area of our practice includes more than 200 corporate and partnership tax returns and more than 1,000 individual, estate, trust, and gift tax returns. Our firm is well versed in all areas of payroll taxes, both federal and local, as well as in states outside of the tri-state area. We also provide sales tax preparation, review, and research.
