LIAFS is a not-for profit Human Service agency that provides residential services for Long Island’s youth. With four sites, LIAFS provides an array of program services to male and female youth ages 12 – 21 including: mental health counseling and drug treatment, medical and dental, education, recreation, independent living skills and vocational educational training. Additionally, LIAFS offers supportive services for families. Founded in 1987, over 400 youth depend on LIAFS services annually, and since our inception we have serviced 4,000 youth and their families.
