The core aim is to support personal wholeness, interpersonal competence, mental stability, and spiritual maturity through counseling practices grounded in current clinical knowledge. Based in Clinton, Maryland, LCCN operates multiple sites with a network of counselors led by founder and executive director Dr. Christine Buckingham, and serves the broader regional community through its expanding footprint and reach.
