I received my Masters Degree in 1981 from Columbia University in Movement Science and Applied Physiology. I founded Life Designs ReAbility Center in 1984. I have also worked extensively in Corporate wellness and most recently founded a 501(C)(3) Ct Charity called MovingWithHOPE. This charity helps to finance programs, equipment and services at Life Designs that help people with moderate to severe brain and spinal cord injury and disease receive year round access to movement sciences, activity therapies, recreation and social services that help them remain at home and an integral part of their community. Life Designs ReAbility Center is located in Shelton, Connecticut. With Routes 8, 34, 15 and 95 within a few minutes of our front door, we can serve your health and wellness needs even if you are coming from a radius of 30 miles! In fact, we are so dedicated and so willing and able to help improve the quality of lifestyle of so many of our Connecticut neighbors who are overweight, diabetic and pain-ridden, it is worth driving 60 miles to our location!
