Lifestyle Homes LLC is a mid-sized construction company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, founded in 2009 by Lance Keller. It began by building speculative homes and model complexes, handling design, construction, marketing and sales, and it developed land and finished lots to create small infill communities under its own brokerage license. In recent years the company has concentrated on construction across Arizona, Nevada and Texas, drawing on its experience in homebuilding, land development and large-scale project execution and operating as a fee-based general contractor focused on build-for-rent communities. The firm serves developers and property owners seeking construction management for residential projects and build-for-rent programs in the western United States. It has earned industry recognition, including placement among Builder Magazine's top 100 homebuilders, and in 2025 regional coverage noted it as one of the nation's top homebuilders.
