Lifestyle Homes was founded by Lance Keller in 2009. With a background in homebuilding, Lifestyle Homes initially began building spec homes and model home complexes – managing design, construction, marketing and sales. The company purchased raw land and finished lots throughout the Valley to develop small infill communities for sale under its own brokerage license. While Lifestyle Homes continues to hold its designated brokerage license, the company evolved and focus its efforts primarily on construction in Arizona, Nevada and Texas.
