The company expanded into the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Manufacturing, and Information Technology sectors. 

In 2015, Lighthouse Placement Services, LLC joined Staffing 360 Solutions, a $250M, publicly held multiple offering staffing firm with over 20 offices in the US and UK.

Investments in technology, human capital, training, and process improvement enabled Lighthouse Placement Services, LLC. to become an industry leader in technical and engineering staffing.

In 2019, Lighthouse Placement Services merged with the Professional division of Monroe Staffing Services, another successful Staffing 360 Solutions brand with 50 years of heritage and service to the community. This powerful rebranding that expanded our geographic reach gave us Lighthouse Professional Services.
