Lindsay, Pickett & Postel (LPP) concentrates in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, and appellate litigation in Illinois and Wisconsin. Our defense practice focuses on construction negligence, premises and product liability, transportation and general tort defense.  LPP also serves as coverage counsel for nearly all firm clients.  Our coverage practice includes authoring coverage opinions, position letters, litigating declaratory judgment actions, and writing or reviewing policy language.  Our appellate practice handles all phases of appeal, including referrals and co-counsel engagements for cases handled in the trial court by other firms.
