Link TV is a United States-based nonprofit broadcaster focused on international news, current events, and cultural programming not commonly featured in mainstream U.S. media. Founded in 1999 and operated by KCETLink, the public transmedia organization formed by the 2012 merger of KCET and Link Media, the network distributes content nationally via satellite and through regional California broadcasts, complemented by digital delivery. Its platforms—LinkTV.org, ViewChange.org, and News.LinkTV.org—connect American audiences with on-the-ground perspectives from breaking events, social-change organizations, and diverse cultures.

In the public media landscape, Link TV operates as a viewer-supported nonprofit within the broadcast production and distribution sector, serving a national audience with regional distribution in California. A recent development includes the 2019 launch of HOME GROUND, expanding its primetime international offerings.
